Hi Michael,

Congratulations on the 0.9.6 release.

Looking at the source files, I could not help but observe that they
contained shared copyright. The files distributed by Apache can only
contain a copyright statement by Apache. You can of course have one or
more lines in each source file mentioning their authors by name if you
chose to do so.
