    LIBCLOUD-781 Introducing Containers as an API base driver to libcloud

    The intention of this PR is to enable support for pure container hosts such as docker,
rkt as well as support the introduction of container-as-a-service providers.

You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:

    $ git pull https://github.com/DimensionDataCBUSydney/libcloud LIBCLOUD-781_containers

Alternatively you can review and apply these changes as the patch at:

    https://github.com/apache/libcloud/pull/666.patch
