[~gigimon] Sadly CloudStack driver is a bad example because it carries a lot of legacy code
around.

Going forward, methods which is part of the standard API should have non-standard arguments
prefixed with "ex_".

In this case, this means that means you should add "ex_name" argument to the method if you
want to allow filtering key pairs by name.
