I got lenya 2.0 working out of SVN.  I changed sitemap2html.xslt to
have this line:

 <xsl:template match="node()|@*|comment()|processing-instruction()"
priority="-1"/>

And I put my comment in page2xhtml.xsl.

However it still doesn't work.  Any ideas?  I really don't know how
identity transform works, so I just replaced the old part.
