Hi,

You have different ways:

1/ using httpd in frontend with mod_proxy_balancer
http://blog.nanthrax.net/2013/02/load-balancing-with-apache-karaf-cellar-and-mod_proxy_balancer/
2/ use a LB appliance (Juniper, Cisco, F5, ...)
3/ use a Camel route with LoadBalancer EIP
4/ eventually, use Talend ServiceLocator
