Just use file:./etc/myApp.features.cfg
The current directory is always ${karaf.base}
But I think it should work anyway as FileInstall do use System
properties to interpolate the values.
Actually, we use it in etc/org.ops4j.pax.url.mvn.cfg, so ther emust be
something wrong with your config.
