Owain McGuire commented on KARAF-3007:
--------------------------------------

According to https://access.redhat.com/solutions/1535463

Typically, the value you put for persistent-id is expected to be a class or a method name
that the Config Admin Service can understand and read the properties/changes from it.

So, the String you put as persistent-id might not be a valid name for a method or a class
name, (if you think of a Java Method/Class) hence that's ignored!

You need to avoid have the names with - in persistence-id.
