Jamie goodyear commented on KARAF-3514:
---------------------------------------

Adding in the below to startup.properties allows the lock level to work up to level 8 now.
The specified jars were placed inside of the system folder.

mvn\:log4j/log4j/1.2.17 = 3
mvn\:org.slf4j/slf4j-log4j12/1.7.7 = 4
mvn\:org.slf4j/slf4j-api/1.7.7 = 4

With the above in place, karaf hot slave will boot up to :

log4j:WARN No appenders could be found for logger (shaded.org.apache.http.impl.conn.PoolingHttpClientConnectionManager).
log4j:WARN Please initialize the log4j system properly.
log4j:WARN See http://logging.apache.org/log4j/1.2/faq.html#noconfig for more info.
