I'm not a big fan of this solution either: the purpose of kar is to be atomic, if you have
kar files which depend to other kar files, why do you use kar ?
In that case, you should create an "complete" kar.

Anyway, why not try to resolve the dependencies with a "timed-out" loop (even if it's dangerous).
I will do that change.
