Jean-Baptiste Onofré resolved KARAF-853.
----------------------------------------

    Resolution: Not a Problem
      Assignee: Jean-Baptiste Onofré

As now the users have direct access to etc/hazelcast.xml, they can adapt the hazelcast configuration
to their needs.

> Configure Cellar Hazelcast instance to use merge/discovery intervals that make sense.

> Project: Karaf
> Issue Type: Improvement
> Components: cellar-hazelcast
> Affects Versions: cellar-2.2.2, cellar-2.2.1

> The Hazelcast instance factory need to configure the intervals for which discovery of
new nodes occur. Also it needs to configure some Hazelcast specific values for merging clusters.
> On cloud deployments of 10+ nodes there is good chance that 2 or more subclusters will
be created and it will take a lot of time for them to merge in one. This is can be fixed by
configuring the instance.
