I observed the following behavior.=20

2 Nodes where Connected, one of the Nodes was shut-down (presumably the mas=
ter-node but unsure)
the second, surviving, node stopped the Bunldes in question:=20

After the first Node was started again, the bundle utils is started again b=
ut the other three remain in _RESOLVED_ state.=20
Same thing on the first Node the Utils Bundle is now also started, but the =
others are in _INSTALLED_ state.=20

A cluster:bundle-list did also show those bundles, which are now marked res=
olved, before stopping the first node.=20

To my understanding those bundles are "connected" though they shouldn't be =
because of blacklisting.=20
