I have added instructions in the git cloudify page on how to build the project, import it
to the eclipse and debug it.
The reason you got the error is that you can't build the CLI by itself. It depends on another
project (DSL) that has to be compiled first.
If you follow the instructions on git you should not have any problems. ant will do all the
work for you. 
Please let me know if you are still having problems with it.
