The feature core bundle has explicit Import-Package statements to:
- org.apache.felix.service.command
- org.apache.karaf.shell.commands
- org.apache.karaf.shell.console
- javax.management
- javax.management.loading

whereas it doesn't use it.

These imports should be removed.
