I have a few things I'd like to work on in the coming days:
 -  KARAF-4752 <https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/KARAF-4752>
 - support for lib/* folders on JDK 9 (those are currently ignored afaik)
And I'm not sure we need to do a RC, I think we could go directly to 4.1.0.
