    KARAF-4698 - proper handling of uninstalling bundle in cluster when one of the nodes is
offline

    Ticket: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/KARAF-4698
    Resolution: now the bundle state is not removed from the cluster map on uninstall, but
rather updated with the state Bundle.UNINSTALLED. The BundleSynchronizer is also handling
that state properly on cluster pull

You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:

    $ git pull https://github.com/shyrkov/karaf-cellar KARAF-4698

Alternatively you can review and apply these changes as the patch at:

    https://github.com/apache/karaf-cellar/pull/34.patch

To close this pull request, make a commit to your master/trunk branch
with (at least) the following in the commit message:
