Can I work on this one? Thanks! I have some ideas for previous comments. I didn't have a good
idea about 500ms waiting time though, I am working on it, but I think we could give a default
value for the backlog by OS instead of the default value of JDK - 50. At Linux and macOS,
it will be 128 At Win, it will be 200.
