    MINOR: Use SecurityProtocol in AuthenticationContext

    Since we removed the unused `TRACE` option from `SecurityProtocol`, it now seems safer
to expose it from `AuthenticationContext`. Additionally this patch exposes javadocs under
security.auth and relocates the `Login` and `AuthCallbackHandler` to a non-public package.

You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:

    $ git pull https://github.com/hachikuji/kafka use-security-protocol-in-auth-context
