[~Narendra Kumar] if you're repeatedly seeing the request timeout coming from the same subset
of brokers, you might be hitting the issue I described in KAFKA-4753. I mention a few tricks
to mitigate the issue in the ticket. I think I have a few solutions to the problem but they're
more involved.
