Subject Error in Jmeter?

Hi all,

I am running JMeter r1550610 (because I need another issue fixed). I have a
script call randomly failing with

This is just a single HTTP request. No idea where this is coming from. If I
just run that script step on it's own it's fine. If I call it in a larger
script every now and again it does that. On the server side I don't see any
errors coming up so it's likely a connection issue on the JMeter client
side.

Any hints of where I could look would be appreciated.
