other possible solution is

Test Plan
    - Threads Group
        - HTTP Request Sampler 1
            - HTTP Header Manager (using variable myHeaderVar, for example)
            - BeanShell Pre-Processor (modify myHeaderVar variable value)
        - HTTP Request Sampler 2
            - HTTP Header Manager (using variable myHeaderVar, for example)
            - BeanShell Pre-Processor (modify myHeaderVar variable value)
