Here is the structure of the Test:
Test Plan

      > CSV Data Set
      > HTTP Cookie Manager
      > HTTP Request Defaults
      > Simple Controller
          > HTTP Request
          > HTTP Request
          > HTTP Request
          ....
          > HTTP Request
