This is the command I use for aggregate report

java -jar %CMD% --generate-csv aggregate_report.csv --input-jtl
[your.jtl] --plugin-type AggregateReport

where %CM% looks like this

SET CMD=%JMETER_HOME%\lib\ext\JMeterPluginsCMD.jar
