I provided a patch to documentation on

.
By the way I noticed that behaviour is not the same if I put __counter in
patch or inside parameters table.
With the first I i pass FALSE as parameter, my counter will start at 3
because it gets evaluated during tree building, while If I put it in
parameters It start a 1.

Should this be documented or fixed ?
