All I did was put four IF controllers with a random number sampler:

RandomNumberSampler (N)
-IFJob1 (if N < 10)
-IFJob2 (if N >= 10 && N < 40)
-IFJob3 (if N >= 40 && N < 90)
-IFJob4 (if N > 90)

In this way I get the distributed load I require with a ratio of
10:30:50:10.
