Subject RE: FW: Recording problem
Date Thu, 14 Oct 2010 11:20:58 GMT
I have recorded using badboy and exported scripts to jmeter. Still jmeter is unable to replay
the script successfully and its throwing http error - 401 saying that you are unauthorized
to view the application. I have added authorization manager too and included the domain name,
userid, password. I have gone through all the jmeter threads and didnt find any solution for
this kind of problem. Did anyone face this before and found a solution?

Regards
Radhika

Try recording your scripts using Bad boy and then import it to JMeter.

Hello

I could record the application using Mozilla firefox but the application
is not compatible with this browser. Still, I am not able to record with
Internet explorer and this is the only browser with which the
application is compatible. Can someone tell me how can I resolve this?

Regards
Radhika

Hi,

I have tried to check the requests using http fox and found that there
is an NTLM authentication and manually added the field through HTTP
Header manager and created a http request sampler. When I am running
this in jmeter its throwing 401(Unauthorized error). Since the field is
also dynamic value I am unable to simulate such request. Can this be
handled by jmeter? Any clues.

Regards
Radhika

Hi I have used both firefox and IE and could find the same problem. When
I
tried with firefox it complained saying that "Untrusted certificate" and
i
was unable to add the certificate.
