The Transaction Controller is used to combine a group of samples into one combined result.
 Suppose you have three actions that you are more concerned about how long all three take
that than the results for each of the three.  You would set it up like this:

- Transaction Controller
  -- Action 1
  -- Action 2
  -- Action 3

for the details.  Note that there are two different modes for how to receive the results.
