see sample_variables (
http://jakarta.apache.org/jmeter/usermanual/listeners.html). This will allow
any variable to be written into the same file as Jmeter results (for every
sample). you can then post process as you want.

Alternately using beanshell you can write any file with any value.(though i
prefer the first approach)
