Have attempted multiple paths for the location of csv file to no avail.
Ensured that the Java versions are the same on both OS's. I've included
2 segments of the jmeter log that might aid in an answer.

The only problem should be the file name / location of your CSV file
(also
check the java version on your linux )
What does jmeter log file say?
