It seems I've solved the problem:

with a regexp find 'this name alredy exists' in the response, place it in a
variable, use this variable in the If controller...

New problem:

can anybody help me with the regexp?

I've got the following response:

<tr>
<td>
this name alredy exists
</td>
</tr>
...
