JMeter is targetted at Java 1.4 or later; as far as I know, Junit4
requires Java 1.5 or later.

I've never used Junit4, so I don't know if it uses the same API as
Junit3. If it does, then there should be no need to do anything other
than use Java 1.5. Otherwise, I don't know what's required.
