Subject please help me to solve "SOAPException: faultCode=Could not create document; msg="

Hi,
            I am newbie to Jmeter. I am trying to load test a webservice, for that I created
a simple webservice to say hello and unit tested it… I able to view WSDL xml file using
browser and loaded the same in the Jmeter and ran it. But I am getting the following error
in “view results tree”
