Subject RE: JMeter plugin for telnet
Date Fri, 16 Nov 2007 05:41:47 GMT
Not a plugin, but the Jakarta commons project
(http://commons.apache.org/net/index.html) implements a Telnet API. It
looks a bit basic though.

JMeter uses the httpclient component from Jakarta commons.

Your solution probably won't be as simple as dropping in the commons
telnet client jar into /lib and invoking it through BeanShell... but all
the best.
;)

Kind regards,

Not that I know of - there is a TCP sampler, but that is some way off
being a telnet emulation.
