Subject Help reqd in using the WebServices(SOAP) Request Sampler

hi Team
  I am using the WebServices(SOAP) Request Sampler to send a https request and also send some
xml data along with this request.
  When i run the test i see the following message in the tree view pane
   
  HTTP response code: 000
HTTP response message: [SOAPException: faultCode=Could not create document; msg=]
  HTTP response headers:
   
   
  Has anyone else encountered a similar error.? If yes i solicit your help in this regard.
