Yes, that's what I did.
(1) Click Add button 
(2) Click in input field 
(3) Enter ".*\.html"
(4) Click Start
It didn't work. But when I tried:
1) Click Add button 
(2) Click in input field 
(3) Enter ".*\.html" and hit "Enter"
(4) Click Start
This time it worked.

I can't reproduce the problem.
This is what I tried:
Click Add Include
Click in input box, add some text
Click Start

The strings were present when I pressed start.

Can you clarify exactly what you did?
