I guess an error is being raised by the CSVRead function, but without
further information it is impossible to say.
Please create a Bugzilla issue and attach the full jmeter.log as well as the
test script (remove any passwords etc first). If you are using a data file
with CSVRead(), please post a (sanitized) copy of that too.
