Hi,

I've just lead a *quick* overview (NOT a deep analysis) of such tools in 
the context of ObjectWeb consortium's JMOB project ("Java Middleware 
Open Benchmarking" - see 
http://www.objectweb.org/architecture/jmob/index.html). A report is 
available from http://clif.debian-sf.objectweb.org/

Maybe you can have a look at Rubis http://www.objectweb.org/rubis/
