Subject User Parameters in Listener output path?
Date Tue, 22 Apr 2003 15:12:16 GMT
I want to use a user parameter to specify where the output of the various
listeners go. So, I have something like the following to define the path:

<node>
<testelement class="org.apache.jmeter.modifiers.UserParameters">
<property name="TestElement.test_class"
xml:space="preserve">org.apache.jmeter.modifiers.UserParameters</property>
<property name="TestElement.name" xml:space="preserve">User
Parameters</property>
<collection name="UserParameters.names" class="java.util.ArrayList">
<string xml:space="preserve">jtl_path</string>
</collection>
<collection name="UserParameters.thread_values"
class="java.util.LinkedList">
<collection class="java.util.ArrayList">
<string xml:space="preserve">d:/sandbox/performance/scripts/results</string>
</collection>
</collection>
<property name="TestElement.gui_class"
xml:space="preserve">org.apache.jmeter.modifiers.gui.UserParametersGui</prop
erty>
</testelement>
</node>

and then the following to use it:

<node>
<testelement class="org.apache.jmeter.reporters.ResultCollector">
<property name="TestElement.name" xml:space="preserve">Aggregate
Report</property>
<property name="TestElement.test_class"
xml:space="preserve">org.apache.jmeter.reporters.ResultCollector</property>
<property name="ResultCollector.error_logging"
xml:space="preserve">false</property>
<property name="filename"
xml:space="preserve">${jtl_path}/1B-send-login.jtl</property>
<property name="TestElement.gui_class"
xml:space="preserve">org.apache.jmeter.visualizers.StatVisualizer</property>
</testelement>
</node>

I thought I had it working at one point, but now it doesn't seem to be. Any
thoughts?
