I think you are referring to the Remote Testing section and yes, it does = say to execute the scripts on the application server. I would say however = that this document is in error - what it should say is that you should use a = test server that is on the same Ethernet segment as the application server in order to minimise the impact of the network without placing additional = load on the application server itself.
