Subject RE: 404 Novel Ichain error
Date Tue, 17 Dec 2002 05:30:16 GMT
Hi ,

I could get a work around for the the problem. As the session information
was being not being sent with the request i had to send the jsessionid with
the value with the subsequent requests where ever it was required. As ICHAIN
server uses https to validate the user authentication, i had to change the
request type to HTTPS and post the user name and password with the browser
header.

This the one solution if the session information is being sent with the
requests if not then if the session information is being written to a cookie
then i coppied the cookie value and sent with the header.

Hope this will help others.

Thank You Very Much,
Natraj

The proxy recorder doesn't work if the server is SSL protected. You have to
turn
off SSL to record. You can turn it back on when you run the test through
JMeter.
