https://bz.apache.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=61016

            Bug ID: 61016
Summary: Search and Replace using Regular Expression not
                    working
           Product: JMeter
           Version: 3.2
          Hardware: PC
            Status: NEW
          Severity: normal
          Priority: P2
         Component: Main
          Assignee: issues@jmeter.apache.org
          Reporter: catchnaveen.psgtech@gmail.com
  Target Milestone: ---

In Search and Replace, Regular Expression syntax is not replacing the search
field values.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a simple test plan with one HTTP Sampler. Name the sampler as 'My
Request'.
2. Click on Search icon.
3. In Search field enter (.+?) Request.
4. In Replace by field enter 'Your Request'.
5. Hit Search.
6. It will display 1 node(s) match the search.
7. Hit 'Replance All'. It is displaying 'Replaced 0 occurences'.

Expected scenario is JMeter should replace the text and display Replaced (1)
occurences.
