GitHub user vherilier opened a pull request:

    [59108] TableEditor: allow moving rows up and down

    This PR allows the user to order selected table rows by being moved up and down.
    Buttons status are managed as well (for the delete and clear buttons too)

You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:

    $ git pull TableEditor_UPandDOWN
