    Bug 59034 - Parallel downloads connection management is not realistic

    Based on https://github.com/apache/jmeter/pull/135 with following improvements:
    - no thread pool creation if there's nothing to download
    - switch the parallel downloads to serial if parallelism = 1
    - set the max connection per route based on the number of parallel downloads


You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:

    $ git pull https://github.com/benbenw/jmeter 59034

Alternatively you can review and apply these changes as the patch at:

    https://github.com/apache/jmeter/pull/136.patch

To close this pull request, make a commit to your master/trunk branch
with (at least) the following in the commit message:

    This closes #136
