This is upload to Fuseki?

There are bulkloaders for TDB whereby you can create a new database from 
scratch offline, then place or replace a database in the Fuseki runtime 
after stopping the server.

TDB2 is fastest at bulkloading.
TDB2 can also handle larger changes when used in Fuseki.

The command line tool "riot"

"riot --validate <file>" will scan a file for datatype errors.

It is better to check and fixup data before loading. Once in a databse, 
fixing is often much more laborious.

Here, it's "-INF", and if there are a log, a text tool like perl does 
the fixup very well.
