Eric, we "CAN'T" throw an error or an exception. The empty address in
FROM is a COMPLIANT address and we have to accept it.

I'm not sure why that error doesn't happen after MAIL FORM but happens
after "DATA's ending dot", but sounds like a bug in needs for a JIRA
issue and a test case.
