Not quite true for all "modules". After the "restructuring" from the trunk, several modules remained only with a build.xml: experimental-seda-imap-function imap-codec-library imap-command-library imap-mailbox-processor-function So on a "clean" computer, building JAMES with MVM won't work out of the box, but with ANT it will. (The only annoyance is the "next-major" label instead a damn' number (e.g. 3.0) after almost one year :) ).
