Stefano Bagnara resolved JAMES-791.
-----------------------------------

    Resolution: Won't Fix
      Assignee: Stefano Bagnara

Unfortunately this is due to a bug in the JVM you use under OSX 10.3.9:

If you're using OS 10.3, this problem has been reported before, and is a bug in the JVM. It's
apparently been fixed in the 10.4 JVM, and doesn't exist on any other platforms.

The workaround would be to either add code to catch and ignore that exception, or use a JVM
without that bug.
