Well, there's a spool manager code (probably JamesSpoolManager ??) and
something in there will create a LinearProcessor that handles taking a
message through a processor (calling the appropriate mailets and
matchers).
So those are good places to start... LinearProcessor should invoke the
RemoteDelivery mailet, which eventually/somehow calls the deliver
method.
