MimeEntity.setDefaultContentType meaning is counterintuitive
------------------------------------------------------------

                 Key: MIME4J-178
                 URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/MIME4J-178
             Project: JAMES Mime4j
          Issue Type: Wish
          Components: parser (core)
    Affects Versions: 0.6
            Reporter: Stefano Bagnara
            Assignee: Stefano Bagnara
             Fix For: 0.7

setting a default content type actually means activating headless parsing with the given content-type.
We should use a more descriptive name, like "setHeadlessParsing(String contentType)".
