The regexp package does not correctly specify its installation prerequisites. 
Its %pre script requires the "rm" utility which is part of coreutils.  The
package spec should have:

Requires(pre):coreutils

minus that, it's a matter of luck as to whether or not it'll install at all in
e.g. a kickstart scenario
