Looking at your regexp for the Italian version, it contains '.' and not '\.', so
anything will match there. ie:

^(\d{1,3}(.\d{3})*)?(\,\d{1,2})?$

to

^(\d{1,3}(\.\d{3})*)?(\,\d{1,2})?$
